We’re looking for a creative graphic designer and community manager with experience in video editing to join our podcast in Argentina.

This role mixes production, community management, creativity, and media — perfect for someone who loves storytelling, social media, and working on projects that matter.

Main responsibilities:

• Production & Research: Find and coordinate people to interview for the podcast
• Community Management: Grow and manage the podcast’s audience across social media platforms, post regularly, and engage with followers.
• Reel Creation: Come up with original and engaging ideas for short videos that highlight key podcast moments or behind-the-scenes content.
• Video Editing: Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form content from our recordings and interviews.
• AI Content: Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, etc.) to create visuals and short creative pieces that bring agricultural and sustainability topics to life.
• Graphic Design: Design visuals, thumbnails, and posts that match the podcast’s visual identity.
• Brand Outreach & Sponsorships: Reach out to potential sponsors and brands aligned to build partnerships and secure collaborations.
