You’ll design for a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand that moves quickly, values collaboration, and believes great design drives performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting ads (static + video) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Edit and produce short-form videos that stop thumbs and drive engagement.
• Create beautiful, conversion-focused PDPs, landing pages, and collection pages for e-commerce.
• Design mobile-first email campaigns that turn browsers into buyers.
• Collaborate with Marketing & E-commerce teams to bring campaigns and product launches to life.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.

💎 Must-Haves

• 3+ years designing for beauty, wellness, or makeup brands.
• Proven experience in e-commerce design (Shopify, PDPs, landing pages).
• Advanced video editing skills for paid media (Meta Ads, TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Deep understanding of direct-response creative — you know how to blend beauty with data.
• Experience in UX/UI design (Figma preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Postscript, or PostPilot.
• Experience in motion graphics or animation.
• Worked with U.S.-based DTC beauty or wellness brands.
