Data Analyst (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to help monitor and optimize critical business metrics across the organization. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making. You will transform business requirements into data models and analyses, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while contributing directly to business growth and operational efficiency. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics
• Translate team requirements into actionable data models and transformations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Optimize data workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Provide timely and clear information to support decision-making across departments

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing complex datasets
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and event-based platforms like MixPanel or Amplitude
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably GCP, and tools like dbt, Dataform, or Python for data transformations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business needs into data-driven solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work remotely across LATAM
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
