In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making. You will transform business requirements into data models and analyses, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven strategies. Accountabilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics
- Translate team requirements into actionable data models and transformations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
- Optimize data workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide timely and clear information to support decision-making across departments
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing complex datasets
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and event-based platforms like MixPanel or Amplitude
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably GCP, and tools like dbt, Dataform, or Python for data transformations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business needs into data-driven solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work remotely across LATAM
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
