Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics
- Transform team requirements into structured data models and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and relevant business intelligence
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL, BI tools, and cloud-based data platforms
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing recommendations and insights
- Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for team-wide access
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with event-based analytics platforms like MixPanel or Amplitude
- Experience with cloud environments (preferably GCP) and data transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or Python
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for remote teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
