Data Analyst (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to track and maintain critical business metrics while providing actionable insights across the organization. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing dashboards and reports that optimize decision-making and improve operational performance. You will transform team requirements into structured data models and analyses, enabling data-driven strategies across multiple departments. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys turning complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics
• Transform team requirements into structured data models and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and relevant business intelligence
• Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL, BI tools, and cloud-based data platforms
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing recommendations and insights
• Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for team-wide access
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with event-based analytics platforms like MixPanel or Amplitude
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably GCP) and data transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or Python
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for remote teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
