We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-growing international e-commerce environment. In this role, you will serve as the frontline technical expert for customers, troubleshooting API integrations, resolving technical issues, and building internal tools to improve efficiency. You will collaborate closely with customer success, product, and engineering teams to enhance processes, identify recurring problems, and contribute to innovative solutions. Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries and integration challenges
- Troubleshoot API integration issues and provide timely resolutions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Build scripts, internal tools, and proofs of concept to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency
- Document processes, best practices, and maintain internal knowledge bases using platforms like Notion
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify trends, outline solutions, and implement improvements
- Become an expert on company services and develop a deep understanding of international shipping solutions
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support operational excellence
- 1-2+ years of experience in technical account management, technical support, API integration, or solutions engineering
- Proficient with SQL and relational databases
- Experience coding with JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and using GitHub
- Strong knowledge of REST API services, JSON, and troubleshooting API errors
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and data manipulation
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Empathy, initiative, and accountability in supporting customers and teams
- Curious, self-driven, and willing to learn beyond daily responsibilities
- College degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Must be located in Latin America and comfortable with remote collaboration
