- Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich HR Generalist und Lohnverrechnung
- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und Hotellerie von Vorteil
- Fachliche Kompetenz und hoher Grand an Empathie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, aktuellen HR-Trends und Lohnverrechnung
- Einwandfreie deutsche Rechtschreibung in Wort und Schrift sowie entsprechende Englischkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
- Kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
- Selbständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Wir legen viel Wert auf selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Geregelte Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag
- 40 Stunden - 5 Tage pro Woche
