We are expanding our AI division and seeking a talented AI Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that make a real impact.


Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems and ensure their scalability and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess data.
  • Integrate AI models into existing systems and products (e.g., via APIs or microservices).
  • Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques, including NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Monitor deployed models and maintain performance through retraining and updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and internal AI frameworks.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


Preferred:

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Proficiency in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
