Sci-Rec are currently partnered with a market leading consumer electronics/domestic appliance organisation on a Product Manager position.

The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and managing the future of the small domestic appliances category, driving sales performance, optimizing product assortment, and working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure category growt as well as demanding a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement a category strategy aligned with business objectives
• Sales & Performance Optimization
• Work with supply chain teams to optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with the trade marketing team to plan category-specific promotions

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in product/category management, ideally within small domestic appliances or consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical mindset, confident working with sales data to uncover insights and inform decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, inventory planning, and supplier performance management.
