Mission
As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the technical excellence and strategic evolution of Banqup’s digital presence. You will be responsible for the website’s technical execution, integrations, and data management, ensuring it effectively supports our marketing objectives and organizational growth. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Lead, you will translate marketing needs into robust digital solutions and oversee the delivery of a unified, high-performing web platform.
Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
- You manage the website roadmap and backlog, plan feature releases, and coordinate development tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- You lead the migration from multiple websites to one unified platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand and marketing goals.
- You ensure seamless integration between the website and marketing systems such as CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- You coordinate technical work and communication between internal IT teams, external agencies, and other partners.
- You oversee data tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate analytics and actionable insights for marketing performance.
- You make configuration and integration decisions within the strategic framework defined by the Marketing Operations Lead.
- You support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives by ensuring the website is technically prepared and optimized for execution.
- You proactively identify opportunities to improve website performance, processes, and user experience.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have a strong technical understanding of CMS, APIs, integrations, and web analytics tools.
- You have experience managing website projects, preferably within marketing-focused environments.
- You are confident in coordinating multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, agencies, and external partners.
- You have an analytical mindset and ensure data accuracy, clear reporting, and actionable insights.
- You possess strong project management skills and a structured, process-driven approach.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating across departments to achieve common goals.
- You are fluent in English and in Dutch. French is considered a plus.
- You have (or are eager to develop) knowledge of React.JS, experience is a strong advantage.
