Job Description:

• Develop and implement the Cyber Programme Strategy (Defined and approved with the Cyber Programme Steering Group):
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program (with stakeholders)
• Propose improvement solutions
• Regularly inform the Cyber Programme Steering Group on progress, challenges, and decisions to be taken.

Communicate the strategy to the sector:

• Writing a circular
• Send News Flashes
• Share application forms
• Respond to emails related to the Cyber Program sent by hospitals on the eHealthCare mailbox
• Gather information and resources from hospitals (requests, documents, reports).
• Verify that the rules of the program are being followed by hospitals and contact them as needed.
• Construction et maintenance du SharePoint 'Cybersecurity For Hospitals'
• Organization of the peer review.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department of the FPS Health on processes
• Budgetary: Calculate the budgets for the coming years for each hospital and communicate to the financing department the exact allocations and the corresponding rights;
• Royal Decree: communicate to the teams the rules in place that will have to be followed in the years to come
• Management of the relationship with the Shield vzw purchasing center.
• Monitor actions and progress;
