We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect (Product Owner) to join our Product team.

Your mission

As Solutions Architect (Product Owner) at Bisly, your mission is to own the product development of our cloud platform, user applications, and our next-generation AI agent layer. You will define features, prioritize development, and ensure that each solution is aligned with real user needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical product owner for Bisly’s cloud-based platform and user-facing apps
• Define and manage roadmaps for the Installer App, Building Management System, Tenant App, and AI agent Adam.
• Own the functional architecture of the cloud and web/app interfaces
• Collaborate on the development of LLM-based AI agents for building automation use cases
• Translate user needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and UX flows
• Ensure system design follows industry standards (e.g. EN ISO 52120, EPBD, GEG §71a)
• Collaborate with engineering, design and other teams throughout development
• Lead internal demos, partner onboarding, and validation activities for new features

To succeed in this role, you'll have

• Proven experience as a technical product owner, solutions architect, or similar role
• Strong understanding of cloud platform architecture, APIs, and user-centric application design
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and the architecture of AI-driven assistant systems
• Experience working with user roles and workflows in complex SaaS or IoT environments
• A good grasp of smart building systems (lighting, HVAC, metering, access) is a strong advantage
• Skills in functional requirements writing, UX flow mapping, and system documentation
• Fluent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
