What you’ll do:
You will be developing/configuring scalable digital solutions across Workday platform, providing IT support to Telia HR domain. Your core responsibilities will be:
- Development of Workday functionalities and integrations using Workday Extend/Orchestrate, Workday Studio.
- Workday configuration and support.
- Monitoring & Alerting: implementing observability tools for performance and reliability, integrations monitoring.
- Maintaining documentation and contribute to platform governance and best practices.
This position requires strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Qualities like adaptability, proactive approach and strategic thinking are valued. You also need:
- Proven track record in Workday platform support, configuration, and functional troubleshooting (Core HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Expenses, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning).
- Experience managing Workday security groups (user-based, role-based, intersection, segment-based), domain/business process policies. Understanding of GDPR regulations.
- Understanding of system lifecycle management.
- Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.
- Programming: Experience working with Java, Java Script.
- Workday Tools: Studio, Extend, Prism Analytics, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (SOAP, REST, file-based, API).
- Familiarity with API authentication methods (OAuth 2, Basic Auth, SAML)
