We’re looking for a Workday engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Olegas Matiušovas, Head of SAP&Workday platforms team, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering SAP and HR platforms support across Telia Company.

What you’ll do:

You will be developing/configuring scalable digital solutions across Workday platform, providing IT support to Telia HR domain. Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Development of Workday functionalities and integrations using Workday Extend/Orchestrate, Workday Studio.
  • Workday configuration and support.
  • Monitoring & Alerting: implementing observability tools for performance and reliability, integrations monitoring.
  • Maintaining documentation and contribute to platform governance and best practices.

What will help you thrive in this role:

This position requires strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Qualities like adaptability, proactive approach and strategic thinking are valued. You also need:

  • Proven track record in Workday platform support, configuration, and functional troubleshooting (Core HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Expenses, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning).
  • Experience managing Workday security groups (user-based, role-based, intersection, segment-based), domain/business process policies. Understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Understanding of system lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Experience working with Java, Java Script.
  • Workday Tools: Studio, Extend, Prism Analytics, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (SOAP, REST, file-based, API).
  • Familiarity with API authentication methods (OAuth 2, Basic Auth, SAML)

Desirable Certifications: Workday integrations, Workday Pro Certified Developer.

For applicants in Lithuania only: monthly salary range for this position - 3500 - 5200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
