Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Deployment Engineer Trainee to join our team. In this role, you’ll make preparations for deployments and travel to customer sites for installations, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. You’ll also support our machine learning (ML) development by assisting with data collection and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment preparation: Ensuring hardware and installation materials are prepared and ready for delivery to customer site.
• On-site Maintenance: Conduct site surveys, install hardware, perform maintenance, test accuracy, and update documentation.
• Customer Communication: Organise and track communications, projects, and feedback

Qualifications:

• Trade skills: Some practical experience in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical work, plumbing, network maintenance, or construction) and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty solving real-world problems.
• Driver: Must be willing and able to drive to various customer locations as part of the job requirements.
• You speak English and also Finnish.
