FRF is hiring a Senior Project Manager to spearhead projects and implement best-in-class processes across our technical and client-facing operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire FRF’s fast growing technical department and high-performing project teams.
- Use advanced project management tools (Monday) to deliver results.
- Design and optimize processes for the technical team and client projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Oversee risk management, data analysis, and financials.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and uphold confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, law or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years’ work experience including leading projects, ideally in international settings.
- Strong technical skills with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
