We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of finance and accounting workflows within a cloud-based practice management platform for healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on how healthcare providers manage financial operations across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. You will work at the intersection of SaaS innovation, finance systems, and healthcare technology, shaping solutions that support thousands of users. This is a remote position within Europe, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and international environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for finance and accounting features, including invoicing, payments, ledger integration, VAT compliance, and reporting
  • Monitor EU financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance and maintain product competitiveness across diverse markets
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration
  • Conduct user and market research to understand the needs of finance teams, practice managers, and accountants in the healthcare sector
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for finance and accounting within the product team, ensuring internal alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches
  • Partner with M&A teams to integrate and standardize financial workflows across new acquisitions


Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B preferred)
  • Strong background in Finance and Accounting systems (billing, payments, invoicing, expense management, or general ledger)
  • Proven understanding of EU financial compliance standards and tax regulations, including VAT
  • Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT or MedTech, familiarity with practice management or EHR systems, and integrations with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or DATEV
  • Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, or Dutch) is a plus
