We are looking for a Project Manager for a project based in Porto (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing relationships with stakeholders throughout the value chain, ensuring stakeholder support and keeping the project team motivated;
• Organizing, budgeting, planning and implementing end-to-end projects, ensuring their effective execution and strong control;
• Perform structured risk and change management, highlighting costs/benefits to enable correct decisions;
• Have a good overview of the project's delivery schedule, and effectively communicate its status, risks, and mitigation options regarding deadlines, budget and scope;
• Ensure that project benefits are guaranteed by providing negotiating input into project prioritization;
• Facilitate consideration of business cases to prioritize projects and design effective change scenarios.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other relevant higher education;
• Minimum of 4 years of project experience in an organization with multidisciplinary teams;
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in developing complex projects with global and multicultural teams;
• High professional level in stakeholder and risk management;
• Proficiency in risk and change management to ensure that critical business decisions are based on factual analysis;
