Who Are You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web UI and UX, preferably within an agency environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
- Proven experience in working within design teams and working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is a plus
- Conceptualise, design, and execute visually appealing and user-centered web interfaces that align with client objectives and brand identities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet project goals and deadlines
- Interact with clients to gather design requirements, present design concepts, and receive feedback to refine and iterate on designs as needed
- Effectively communicate design rationale and strategies to clients, translating complex concepts into understandable terms
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and share new ideas with the team
- Ensure every project aligns with our quality standards and elevates the client's digital presence
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and branding, preferably in a studio or agency setting
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal—you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- A strong portfolio showcasing cutting edge web design and branding work, with attention to detail and creativity
- Experience working collaboratively on design teams and juggling multiple projects or deadlines
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time well and adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with responsive design, basic UI/UX principles, and an understanding of how designs are built in platforms like Webflow or WordPress
- Bonus: Experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools
