The Opportunity

Our platforms analyze business performance, detect opportunities and risks, and automatically generate follow-up actions.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Data, AI, BI) who can bridge the gap between data, AI, and business context. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how they operate, design intelligent data models, and implement automation that turns analytics into action.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves combining technology, logic, and business insight.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand workflows, KPIs, and process pain points — translating them into automated, data-driven solutions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL, and APIs.
• Build semantic data models and Power BI datasets that define core business metrics and relationships.
• Develop AI and rule-based engines that identify insights and trigger targeted actions (e.g., customer churn alerts, sales opportunities, AR follow-ups).
• Model ontologies and knowledge graphs that represent key business entities and relationships — linking data, meaning, and context across systems.
• Experiment with agentic AI frameworks — including OpenAI Agents, Anthropic Claude Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Azure OpenAI — to create autonomous, reasoning-based assistants that interact with business data and APIs.
• Orchestrate automated workflows via Power Automate, Logic Apps, or custom microservices.
• Create contextual Power BI or embedded analytics that explain why an action is needed and what to do next.
• Capture feedback and results to continuously improve predictions, recommendations, and process logic.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation, modelling, and ML integration.
• Experience building Power BI datasets, DAX measures, and semantic models.
• Practical experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Azure ML.
• Understanding of machine learning, rules engines, and ontology/knowledge graph modelling.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, APIs) for connecting insights to actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work directly with customers and explain data-driven insights in business terms.
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with evolving agentic AI platforms such as OpenAI Agents, Claude Agents, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or LlamaIndex.

Nice to Have

• Experience in analytics engineering or AI-driven automation.
• Background in ontology design, knowledge graph construction, or feature store architecture.
• Experience embedding BI or AI capabilities directly into business applications.
