Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing a new internal tool to support infrastructure provisioning. You will work closely with platform and design engineers, embracing a full-stack capacity without silos. Your role involves active participation in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Clear communication, providing status updates, and contributing to the decision-making process are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new internal tools for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Collaborate closely with platform and design engineers.
  • Work across the full stack, contributing wherever needed.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the team, providing status updates and asking questions.
  • Take ownership of parts of the codebase and actively contribute to decision-making processes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong front-end development experience with React & TypeScript.
  • Ability to work across both front-end and back-end.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Understanding of PostgreSQL is helpful but not critical.
  • Exposure to DevOps and ability to discuss infrastructure intelligently.
  • Startup mentality, comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative.
  • Relevant degree in a related field.
