Project Manager Telecom Towers

NOVO Consulting & Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecom tower projects focused on civil structure, infrastructure maintenance, and static analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of telecom tower infrastructure. The Project Manager will ensure the structural integrity, compliance, and ongoing safety of telecom towers by coordinating inspections, managing maintenance schedules, and overseeing static analysis to assess stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and manage telecom tower projects related to civil structure, infrastructure maintenance, and static analysis to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement regular maintenance plans, coordinating activities to maximize efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

• Inspection & Analysis Coordination: Lead inspection processes, conducting static analysis to evaluate structural stability and load-bearing capacity. Document findings and apply corrective measures as needed.

• Static Analysis Management: Oversee static analysis of telecom tower structures, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring towers meet all safety and structural requirements.

• Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including budget, timelines, and personnel, to meet project goals.

• Vendor & Contractor Relations: Select and coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and requirements for inspections and static analysis.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status and static analysis reports for senior management, providing insights on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with telecom industry regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe and reliable infrastructure.

• Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication to meet client needs and manage expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in telecom towers or a similar field, with proven experience in static analysis.

Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, ideally with a background in civil or structural engineering.

• Static Analysis Knowledge: Expertise in static analysis, with experience in structural assessment software to evaluate load-bearing and stability.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with project management tools and structural analysis software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret inspection and static analysis data, identify risks, and implement preventive measures.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship management skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of European telecom standards and structural compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe for project supervision, inspections, and static analysis activities.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; and Slovenian
