We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer with strong skills in the Microsoft technology stack to join on a daily rate contract in Dublin. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based services and APIs, working within a microservices environment, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions are delivered. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture and best practice.

Core Experience Required

• Significant commercial experience (5+ years) with .NET Core in production environments.
• Track record of building and maintaining scalable APIs and service-based architectures.
• Strong background with ORM tools such as Entity Framework and working knowledge of SQL databases, ideally including cloud-hosted options.
• Practical experience deploying and supporting applications in a cloud environment (preferably Azure).
• Solid grounding in object-oriented design principles and clean coding practices.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, version control, and build/release pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git).
• Exposure to front-end development with web technologies (such as Angular or similar frameworks).
• Background working within agile delivery teams.
