People and Culture Specialist – 6-Month FTC
Location: West Dublin
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-Term (6 months)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive People & Culture team within a leading financial services organisation? We are seeking a People and Culture Specialist to play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to ensure high-quality hires.
- Coordinate structured onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support Fitness & Probity checks in line with Central Bank requirements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR.
- Assist with HR systems administration and reporting on headcount and people metrics.
- Coordinate employee benefits including pension, healthcare, and insurance schemes.
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, escalating issues as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ HR administrative or generalist experience, ideally within a financial services or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong Excel skills.
- CIPD qualification or working towards membership preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
