Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices
- Collaborate with Oracle developers and architects to align sprint goals with technical deliverables
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs
- Track and report team metrics to stakeholders for transparency and planning
- Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Champion Agile adoption across teams and departments
Required Skills & Experience
- Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Knowledge experience with Oracle technologies (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, PL/SQL)
- Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in or with pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations is a plus
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferre
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of GxP, FDA regulations, or other pharma compliance frameworks
- Exposure to hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models
- Experience with data migration or integration projects involving Oracle systems
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
