Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Business Intelligence Intern to join our Customer Development team. This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry, supporting the team with insights, analysis, and reporting that drive commercial excellence. You will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Development team in analyzing sales, retail, and market data to generate actionable insights;
- Assist in the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders;
- Contribute to monitoring business performance and identifying growth opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between data analysis and business objectives;
- Support ad-hoc analysis to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Competences:
Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields;
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
