Senior AI /Machine Learning engineer (Part-time)

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead for our AI systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our existing integrations, advising on new features, and guiding the long-term AI strategy. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and production deployment at scale.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve our AI infrastructure (currently Azure OpenAI fine-tuned GPT models)
• Design, fine-tune, and deploy advanced LLM solutions tailored to business needs
• Build and optimize APIs and workflows using FastAPI,
• LangChain/LangGraph
• Collaborate with other teams to define AI-driven features
• Provide expert guidance on cloud (AWS & Azure) architecture for scalable AI deployments
• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI, LLM research, and best practices
• Act as an AI team leader and mentor in AI-related initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLMs
• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI (or OpenAI APIs) and model fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and scalable deployment
• Experience leading AI/ML projects from prototype to production
