We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team in Latvia.
Your Role
As an IT Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and following up on the organization's IT infrastructure in the Latvia business unit. You will work with, among other things, communications, networks, servers, and cloud platforms to ensure a stable and secure IT environment. The role combines operational work close to the business with strategic decisions and solutions regarding technology investments and external collaborations. You will work closely with colleagues from the IT department across the Group, local business managers, and external partners.
Work Tasks
- Lead the development and evolution of our IT infrastructure to ensure top performance, security, and scalability for Latvia's business operations
- Drive strategic technology initiatives and investments for Latvian business
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable network, datacenter, and cloud solutions
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations such as ISO-27001 and NIS2
- Oversee system performance, security, and incident management to keep our operations in Latvia running smoothly
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping the company’s infrastructure strategy and supporting its digital growth
- Document technical configurations and processes for efficient and sustainable management
- Have several years of experience in IT infrastructure and networks
- It is an advantage if you have training in network management and network architecture.
- Have experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have experience working with Datacenter environments and cloud solutions
- Understand information security
- Are fluent in Latvian and have a good knowledge of English in speech and writing, as it is required for daily communication with external partners and colleagues abroad
- Holds a B-category driving license to visit Adven production sites across the country
- Office 365, Hybrid AD, Azure

- Cisco - the main brand for core and business-critical networking in Adven
- General understanding of Industrial Control Systems, f.e, SCADA
