The Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist is the operational driver of all smartphone launches and campaigns. This role owns the "how" and "when," transforming the product strategy into a flawlessly executed project plan, ensuring all cross-functional teams deliver on time and in full.
We offer 3500 – 3800 Eur gross salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 7350 – 7980 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role And Responsibilities
- GTM Project Management: Manage the GTM timeline and execution checklist from A-Z. Drive weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure all milestones are met.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate ETO/Suwon strategy into actionable local execution plans and clear timetables.
- Sales & Operations Planning: Lead the weekly/daily Sales/Out (S/O) data follow-up. Review performance with KAMs and establish improvement plans.
- Promotional Execution: Operationally manage the National Promo planning process (FCST, investment tracking) and follow up on execution with Sales and Marketing.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present clear GTM status reports and performance updates for local management and headquarters (Suwon/ETO).
- Partner Channel Readiness: Proactively review partner web/.com platforms to ensure product listings, campaigns, and technical set-ups are correct, and drive timely resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in GTM, sales planning, or project management.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills are required to create compelling GTM and performance review decks.
