We’re not a traditional family office – and we don’t want traditional analysts.
We’re a first-generation private investment office built around high-conviction thinking, deep research, and fast execution. We don’t outsource decisions. We don’t track ETFs. We don’t sit on passive portfolios. We build ideas from scratch and act on them.
Our portfolio includes:
- Public equities
- Real assets across the Baltics
- Select private opportunities
- Tactical derivatives for short-term portfolio positioning
We compete with the best – not just locally. Our team engages with global banks, PE funds, and family offices, and we actively participate in international investment conferences and thematic research circles. This is a live capital platform, not an internal reporting desk.
Now we’re looking to grow.
What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with our investment team and portfolio manager, and be expected to:
- Track earnings, macro developments, and sectoral shifts
- Build and refine company models from the ground up
- Contribute to investment memos and present real ideas
- Deep-dive into business models, capital structure, and competitive dynamics
- Join internal IC-style discussions and defend your thinking
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience (finance, investing, or adjacent)
- A sharp analytical mind and a practical grasp of valuation logic
- Clear written and verbal communication (English essential)
- Bonus: you follow earnings seasons, read sell-side research critically, or already model in Excel / Python
What we offer
- A serious seat at the table from day one
- Mentorship from investors who manage real capital and expect clear thinking
- Access to high-quality international research, events, and networks
- A flat structure where your work feeds directly into portfolio outcomes
- A steep learning curve and real exposure to decision-making
Apply with your CV and a short paragraph on a company you’d invest in (or sell short) and why. We care more about your thinking than your formatting
