We are looking:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Project Manager, a marketer who loves turning data into action.

You live in the world of ads, performance dashboards, and creative experiments. You understand what makes campaigns convert and you’re hungry to make them perform even better.

Get ready to:

• Take full ownership of marketing campaign results, analyze, optimize, and scale what drives performance.
• Track and analyze ad performance to find what converts, then scale it.
• Track marketing performance trends, competitor campaigns, and creative benchmarks across markets.
• Keep a close eye on marketing trends, competitor activities, and creative performance benchmarks.
• Run and refine A/B tests, measure impact, and turn learnings into higher conversion.
• Own reporting frameworks that make results visible, understandable, and actionable across the team.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in Performance or Growth Marketing, or in a Marketing Project Management role (ideally in a digital or tech environment).
• Be comfortable with data, you know your way around metrics like CTR, CPA, ROI, and understand how they connect to business outcomes.
• Be curious and proactive, eager to test, learn, and grow.
• Enjoy working hands-on, you don’t just brief campaigns, you follow how they perform and improve them.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-4500 EUR/month.
