Job Title: Senior Secure Data and Document Exchange Expert

Location: Luxembourg (Near-Site)

Key Requirements:

• Specific Expertise:
• Document Protection:
• At least 5 years of experience in digital signature, encryption with X509 certificates, PKI, and the legal framework for trust services (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC).
• Messaging:
• At least 10 years of expertise in open standards for data and document exchange (ebMS3, AS4, XML, JSON, XSD, JSON Schema).
• Strong knowledge of message format standards, such as XML, JSON, and WSDL, and service discovery technologies.
• Web Security:
• 15 years of experience with web application security techniques (TLS, WS-Security, OAuth2, OWASP, etc.).
• Backend Development:
• At least 15 years of expertise in Java development, with knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, databases (SQL, LDAP), multi-threading, and unit testing.
• Mobile Development:
• 2+ years of experience with mobile development (Android/Java & Kotlin, iOS/Swift).
• Integration & Monitoring:
• At least 15 years of experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT), testing tools (SonarQube, Selenium), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Containerisation:
• 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure:
• Strong knowledge in networking, hardware, TCP/IP, Linux, virtualization, load balancers, firewalls, HSM, TPM.
• Management:
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, using methodologies like OpenPM2, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming.
• Technical Tools & Methodologies:
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies.
• Methodologies: Agile, SCRUM, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development.
• Languages:
• Proficiency in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Other:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security solutions, with a focus on handling highly sensitive and confidential data.
