Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic BA Multifonds - Fund Accounting :

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Fund Accounting processes, with a strong focus on Multifonds functionality and integration.
• Define and document business requirements in collaboration with operations, technology, and project stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end (E2E) change projects, including:
• Analysis of current and target processes.
• Documentation of target solutions and functional specifications.
• Coordination of testing phases (UAT, regression, integration).
• Delivery and handover to BAU (Business as Usual) teams.
• Support implementation and optimization of Multifonds modules, including:
• WEM (Web Enquiry Module) – enable and enhance web-based fund data queries, reporting, and workflow validation.
• MF APIs – define and manage system integrations between Multifonds and external applications (accounting, data warehouse, OMS, etc.).
• IBOR / ABOR – ensure accurate alignment between the Investment Book of Record and the Accounting Book of Record, managing reconciliations and operational consistency.
• Partner with IT and operational teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within the Multifonds ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Expert within Fund Accounting or Investment Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Temenos Multifonds, including key modules such as WEM, MF APIs, IBOR/ABOR, and reconciliation workflows.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, NAV calculation, and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience in project lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to testing and go-live.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and communication skills (English required; French is a plus).
• Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, or API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is an advantage.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment.
