Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting an Airport Performance & Business Analyst.

Your Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks

Performance Management

  • Designing and implementing an airport-wide Performance Monitoring Framework enabling structured reporting across operational KPIs and key resources (e.g. OTP, Turnarounds, BHS, PRM, Security, […])
  • Leading and facilitating and further developing the post-operations Meetings as the central mechanism for performance evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Developing and maintaining performance KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, while preparing and delivering structured performance presentations to key partners such as airlines, ground handlers and ATC
  • Promoting a data-informed culture of continuous improvement across operational domains through regular performance reviews and structured follow-ups

Operational & Root Cause Analysis

  • Conducting root cause analyses for operational challenges using structured methods and data extracted from core airport systems (e.g. AODB, RMS, Terminal or Airside Monitoring Systems)
  • Collaborating with the Data Team to identify new and structure existing data sources, and support the validation and structuring of performance-relevant data
  • Performing independent analyses using BI tools such as Tableau, generating insights that support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning

Strategic Support & Business Case Development

  • Turning analytical findings into actionable proposals and scenario-based evaluations to drive informed operational and investment decisions
  • Recommending process changes based on findings and supporting their implementation in collaboration with the Airport Resource Planner and other relevant operational teams

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Acting as an interface between the Capacity & Performance team and internal/external stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers, and ATC
  • Ensuring transparent communication of performance findings, improvement initiatives, and strategic recommendations in cross-functional forums
  • Participating in the integration of new employees
  • Participating in recycling and energy conservation by behaving responsibly
  • Your other missions
  • Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
  • Participating in the integration of new employees
  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The Required Profile

Studies / training

Postgraduate degree (Master/Engineering diploma) in Aviation Management, Business Analytics, Operational Research or equivalent experience

Experience

A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in airport operations, performance analysis, business intelligence, or operational improvement. Experience within an airport, airline, or ground handling context is preferred

Skills And Knowledge Required

  • IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite

  • Languages

Mandatory:

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum) operational level in the business
  • French: operational level in the business (B2 minimum)
  • Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, data interpretation, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel; knowledge of airport systems (AODB, RMS, CUPPS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders and foster transparency.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, structured, and accountable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
