We’re looking for a Front-end Developer who’s just as comfortable in Figma as in React — someone who loves shaping intuitive user experiences and bringing interfaces to life. If you enjoy turning complex data into simple, elegant designs, this one’s for you 🎨💻

🌈 What You’ll Do

• Design delightful experiences - Co-lead discovery, map UX flows, and define information architecture for new and existing features.
• Craft beautiful UIs - Build pixel-perfect designs in Figma and evolve a design system with reusable components and responsive rules.
• Prototype & validate - Test your ideas with interactive prototypes and quick in-code experiments to ensure usability and feasibility.
• Bring it to life - Implement front-end magic using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, keeping things accessible and lightning fast ⚡
• Visualize data - Turn complex datasets into clear, interactive charts using eCharts or Recharts.
• Collaborate & iterate - Work closely with product, data, and back-end teams (and real users!) to ship meaningful features quickly.

🧩 What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products.
• A solid UX and UI design background — from user flows to high-fidelity designs.
• Expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• A deep understanding of accessibility (ARIA, keyboard nav, color contrast).
• A knack for data visualization and simplifying complexity.
• A product mindset - pragmatic, curious, and outcome-focused.
• Strong communication and a love for collaboration in fast-moving environments.

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience designing for analytics or forecasting tools.
• Motion design chops for polished interactions.
• Familiarity with design tokens and theming.
• Cloud know-how (Azure or similar).
