• Lead new product development (NPD) and product launches (NPI).

• Define product vision and strategy based on data and market insights.

• Set and track KPIs to measure product success.

• Manage the product lifecycle and oversee portfolio performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, design, and commercial teams.

• Translate consumer feedback into actionable development decisions.
  
  

• Degree or equivalent experience in product management or marketing.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or technical environment.

• Strong analytical skills with a consumer-centric approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Technical affinity and a solution-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English
