As an Oil &Gas Project Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the energy transition, with your work directly contributing to a more sustainable energy future. In this position, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, ensuring the successful execution of multimillion-euro offshore substations and delivering on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage EPCI projects from start to finish – being hands-on without losing the overall picture.
• Take responsibility for safety, quality, schedule and costs.
• Act as the client’s trusted partner, serving as the primary contact regarding safety, quality, schedule and costs.
• Build and coordinate your team to successfully deliver the project.

Conditions:

• A higher professional or university degree (HBO/WO) with a technical background.
• Experience in the construction of offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Good communication skills and an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.

For employment with Selectum, the ABU collective labour agreement (CAO) and the application of the hirer’s remuneration (based on the client’s employment conditions) form the basis of the package we can offer you. This package is always in line with market standards.

When a specific assignment can be carried out by a self-employed professional (ZZP’er), we agree on a rate for the independent execution of this assignment at our client’s site. Both the client, the assignment, and the self-employed professional must meet several requirements in order for this to apply.

In some cases, our client is looking for a candidate to expand their own organisation. In those situations, the employment contract is concluded directly with the client, and the employment conditions are agreed upon accordingly.
