You will focus on site reliability, automation, observability, and developer self-service capabilities, ensuring both developer and end-user experiences are seamless and efficient. This is a hands-on position where experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are valued, allowing you to implement scalable solutions that directly impact the company's mission and product delivery. The role provides exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and developer platforms, within a flexible, remote-first environment.

The role provides exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and developer platforms, within a flexible, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities
- Improve automation and adoption across Linux, AWS, GitLab, GitHub, and Grafana environments
- Experiment with alternative approaches to optimize developer workflows, spanning technical design, development, testing, documentation, observability, deployment, and alerting
- Develop and automate configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code processes
- Analyze existing suboptimal setups and propose scalable solutions
- Document and present findings, strategies, and improvements to internal teams
- Contribute to the development of internal developer platforms and self-service tools
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Helm, Kustomize, operators, and cluster-level debugging
- Expertise in observability tools and principles (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog)
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, Bash, Typescript, or PHP for scripting, automation, and tooling
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy, or ArgoCD
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure also acceptable)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools
- Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment
- Practical experience supporting developer platforms or enabling self-service tools
