We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting impactful user experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design of digital products across a variety of platforms and industries, working closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to bring world-class experiences to life.

You will lead the design of digital products across a variety of platforms and industries, working closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to bring world-class experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and shape product experiences.
- Lead client-facing design discussions, workshops, and ideation sessions.
- Translate research insights into meaningful design solutions that meet both user and business needs.
- Apply human-centered design and data-driven methods to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, supporting a consistent and scalable design process.
- Contribute to building and fostering a strong design culture at Nagarro.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Product Design across the full product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
- Experience with designing for emerging technologies such as AR/VR, connected devices, or digital kiosks.
- Background in design leadership or mentorship within a team.
- Familiarity with pre-sales, client engagement, or project leadership.
