Join Transcom as a Human Resources Assistant!

In this role you will:

• Respond to the queries of employees in everything that concerns their employment relationship with the company (contracts, remuneration and working hours)
• Complete the hiring process ensuring the correct affiliation to social security and contributions, in coordination with the external vendor
• Process registrations and cancellations in Social Security
• Manage payroll processes.
• Deal with terminations and disciplinary procedures alongside the Team Leaders, Business Managers and others
• Control every day incidents such as sick leave, absenteeism and vacations
• Manage and file all documentation according to the established procedure

What we are looking for:

• Higher Education (University degree) in a related topic
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is a must
• Spanish language skills would be an advantage
• Structured way of working, and the ability to resolve issues
• Experience in a fast-paced organisation such as a contact centre company would be an advantage
• Experience with online administration systems
• Start date: As soon as possible
