Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions and working in a collaborative environment? Crossvale is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a foundation in Front End and or Back End technologies and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver customized software solutions
- Contribute to the design and development of applications, focusing on either Front End, Back End, or Full Stack solutions
- Ability to understand analysis / requirements and build / update a map to successfully deliver the appropriate implementation.
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines
- 3-4 years of experience in software development, focusing on either Front End or Back End technologies
- Strong fundamentals in Back End Technologies; experience with .NET is a plus
- Familiarity with Front End technologies; experience with Angular is a bonus
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude with high ownership and accountability for your work
- Enthusiasm for working in a service-oriented environment and understanding customer needs
- Capacity to self-manage their time, tasks, and deadlines.
