Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the People team, you will support HR operations locally and assist in the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR Operations Support: Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding, ensuring adherence to Spanish labor regulations and company policies.
  • Compliance: Support compliance with Spanish labor laws, social security, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary and help prepare documentation for audits or inspections.
  • Employee Assistance: Serve as an initial point of contact for employees, addressing questions regarding HR processes, benefits, policies, and company initiatives.
  • HR Programs: Contribute to HR programs such as performance evaluations, training, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement following global frameworks.
  • Organizational Support: Assist with workforce planning, change management initiatives, and internal communications in collaboration with the People Team and business leaders.
  • Global Coordination: Support HR initiatives across regions to ensure consistent practices worldwide.
  • Data & Administration: Help maintain HR data, assist with payroll and benefits coordination with external providers, and provide reporting for decision-making purposes.
  • Policies & Guidelines: Aid in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and clearly communicated.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize activities and events that enhance employee wellbeing, satisfaction, and engagement.


Core Skills/Experience:

  • Completed educational background in Labour Relations, Human Resources or Business Administration (- no university agreement required)
  • Internships or practical HR experience welcomed, but emphasis is placed on knowledge or interest in labor relations, Spanish employment law, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership of HR tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
