🚀 Senior Project Manager – Medical Content Approval (Switzerland)

Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a strategic transformation program within Global Medical Affairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation and operational excellence in medical content approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational success of the Global Medical Affairs Content Approval Program, reimagining content approval processes.
• Design, plan, and launch an internal Content Approval Hub, delivering content approval as-a-service.
• Collaborate closely with business leads and stakeholders at global and country levels.
• Oversee day-to-day program activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and support communication and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project-related risks.

Your Profile:

• Based in Switzerland
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of medical processes, governance requirements, and content approval (promotional & non-promotional)
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-geography environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advantageous: Experience with FUSE, Veeva, MS SharePoint, PowerBI
