Senior Product Manager – Digital Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a global retail organization leading digital transformation across customer engagement and loyalty domains.
This is an opportunity to work at scale — connecting Retail, Markets, and cross-functional teams (Data, Design, Engineering) to create impactful digital products that shape how millions of customers experience the brand.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Define and deliver the product roadmap in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Apply discovery techniques, research, and experimentation to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
- Establish clear success metrics and continuously measure product performance.
- Drive iterative product development, starting from MVPs and enhancing solutions through testing and learning.
- Partner with multiple teams in an agile, global organization, managing change and complexity effectively.
- Champion a collaborative and outcome-driven culture, ensuring alignment across all crafts.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within large-scale or retail organizations.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills — confident working with Retail, Market, Data, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Experience in agile, test-and-learn environments and delivering products iteratively.
- Knowledge of discovery, research, and success measurement methods.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and technical contexts.
- Bonus: Experience with Loyalty or Marketing products.
