Senior Project Manager – Data Centre’s

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Gavle, Sweden.

The Senior Project Manager will provide oversight of project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will take ownership of project delivery, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering large-scale data centres or other high tech construction projects.
• 10+ years’ experience in major construction projects with a general contractor or design & build contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Deep understanding of CSA and MEP delivery in complex, fast-track environments.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage large project budgets.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse, multinational teams.
• Flexibility to work across Europe on rotation or relocation basis.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
