💪 Your mission, if you accept it....
- Support in developing a comprehensive simplification plan and program dashboard that outlines the key milestones, KPIs, tasks, and timelines for the entire simplification process
- Closely collaborate with key stakeholder teams (HR, IT, Finance, other business streams etc.) and ensure project plan tracking.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the simplification project and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress including KPI tracking of the simplification leadership.
- Monitor and report the specific simplification budget actual vs budgeted across all work streams.
- Support the Project especially the People & Culture Stream in all communication activities, preparing presentations, speeches, articles.
- Develop communication plans to support project vision and strategy.
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies, publications and events, and implement improvement actions as necessary.
- Manage communication and deliverables, and raise alerts, identify and propose alternatives
👀 Who are you?
- A person with a good attitude, willing to learn and work in a team.
- Someone with a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or similar.
- A language lover. A high level of English is required.
- Someone with experience in large M&A projects.
- Someone with at least 5 years of experience as a PMO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Someone flexible to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
