What You’ll Do

• Co-create and drive Virgosol’s product vision and strategy, aligned with global opportunities.
• Build a collaborative roadmap, turning big ideas into market impact.
• Empower and support a talented product team, fostering ownership and open communication.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success on the end-to-end product journey.
• Partner across teams to ensure profitability, pricing, and go-to-market success.
• Gather and share insights through market research and customer feedback, shaping future opportunities.
• Define and measure KPIs, learning and improving together.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Experience in building and scaling products globally, driving business growth.
• Skilled in market positioning, pricing, and customer insights.
• A collaborative mindset — you believe great products are built together.
• Familiar with software development processes (no coding required).
• Fluent in English for global communication and product launches.
