• Proven experience in a senior technical role within large-scale iOS engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with extensive hands-on experience building and supporting complex iOS applications.
• Strong knowledge of Apple design principles, interface guidelines, and coding best practices.
• Ability to foster collaboration through regular engagement, mentorship, and clear communication.
• Track record of driving engineering productivity, quality, and secure development practices.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments, with a strong focus on measurement and continuous improvement.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on contribution — knowing when to lead from the front and when to empower the team.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills:

• Expert in Swift, Objective-C, Xcode/AppCode, and Apple’s iOS frameworks.
• Deep experience with unit/UI testing tools: XCTest, Specta, Expecta, OCMock, Appium, etc.
• Proficient in CI/CD, SAST/MAST tools, and dependency managers like Cocoapods.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, mobile security, and the OWASP Mobile Top 10.
• Experience building frameworks or platform libraries is a big plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of architectural patterns: MVVM, MVC, Redux, UDF, and client-side data handling.
• Skilled in performance tuning, scalability, and accessibility-first design.
• Comfortable guiding teams and sharing knowledge through code reviews, documentation, and team presentations.
