Role Overview
As an AI Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business transformation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, translate business needs into technical requirements, and implement AI-driven strategies that create measurable impact. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement to unlock the full potential of AI for our clients.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and use cases where Agentic AI, and Generative AI can create meaningful business outcomes and deliver value.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions that fit best into client environments, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement
- Design holistic AI models that align with business objectives and foster a data-driven culture within organizations
- Develop and present client deliverables, including roadmaps, progress reports, and final presentations, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the engagement
- Contribute to thought leadership in AI strategy and participate in industry discussions to advance ADAPTOVATE’s positioning in the AI consulting space
- Proven experience in AI consulting or data science, delivering practical AI solutions
- Strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, ML, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies as a strategic partner
- Technical knowledge in some of the following, or similar products: Python, React, Next JS, Azure AI services, AI Search, MongoDB, Microsoft Azure services
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification preferred, or interest in becoming certified
- Experience deploying AI models into production and monitoring their performance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in proposal writing, reporting, and developing client presentations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
