We are seeking a Senior UX Designer (4+ years experience) to help accelerate the adoption of the Design System within our Application Security product suite. The designer will focus on tailoring design system components to security workflows, filling gaps, and building scalable Figma libraries. This role requires a strong foundation in UI/visual design, process discipline, and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design System Enablement: Assess gaps between the Design System and Application Security needs; propose and create new components, patterns, and variants.
• Figma Libraries: Set up, maintain, and govern robust Figma libraries tailored for Application Security use cases.
• UI/Visual Design: Produce polished, high-fidelity designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with UX leads, engineers, and PMs to ensure design feasibility and consistency across products.
• Process & Rigor: Document standards, design rationale, and component usage guidelines to support scaling across the team.
• Iteration & Delivery: Work quickly, but thoroughly, ensuring high-quality outcomes while meeting project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of UX design experience with a strong emphasis on UI/visual design and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated experience building, extending, or maintaining design systems (Figma component libraries required).
• Proficiency in Figma and other collaboration/prototyping tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on time.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English for a global team environment.
• Highly process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable documenting and scaling design practices.
