WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• Create and maintain component systems to speed up product delivery and keep our design language consistent.
• Ship and iterate quickly, balancing high-quality design with the realities of a fast-paced environment.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders from idea to release.
• Turn complexity into clarity — translating learning journeys into intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences.
• Create UX motion prototypes and animations (using tools like Lottielab or similar).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, component systems, design).
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Track record of designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Great communicator, comfortable with feedback and collaboration.
• Curiosity about AI-powered and LLM-driven interfaces.

Bonus: exposure to motion design and tools like Lottielab or Lottie.
