Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a Support Specialist with 3+ years of project management experience to support workflow design (Kissflow), procurement, and project processes, while managing documentation for logistics and compliance. Strong communication, organizational skills, and MS/Google proficiency are required.


Responsibilities

  • Technically support the design, POC, testing, and implementation of Workflow (Kissflow) covering:
  • iProcurement Purchase Order Requests (including invoicing where applicable)
  • Risk Release or Expenditure Approvals
  • Project Start and Close Requests
  • Customer Change Orders
  • Internal Project Change
  • Pre-Post and SI-Service handover workflow
  • Other workflows under development or as required
  • Support all documentation related to Freight, Shipping, and Logistics of equipment (Import/Export, Customs, Regulatory Authority Permits/Licenses/Certificates).
  • Liaise with 3rd party iProcurement vendors when required.
  • Provide and support Customer Manuals, Sales Invoicing, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Airway Bills as applicable.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • 3+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Experience with Program Management Office (PMO) processes/procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Understanding of order management processes/systems.
  • Strong data gathering and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Import/Export controls and Incoterms (preferred).
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong influencing skills to collaborate effectively with a global, multi-site team.
